Our CTK community is committed to providing a safe and positive place for children to learn and share faith, and we are grateful you will join us in that commitment. Thank you for bringing your time and talent to our ministries – we are so happy you are here. As a Volunteer who has contact with children through Vacation Bible School or other youth programs, you will participate in a program of training as well as a background criminal investigation.
You will need to complete ALL the following:
BACKGROUND CHECK (PART 1: COMPLETE BACKGROUND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DISCLAIMER FORM)
Background Check
Complete and return the Disclaimer/Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) form. This form should be complete and returned to the office with a copy of your current driver’s license front AND back. If you do not have access to a notary, we have a staff member who can notarize. The BCI is good for five years.

Online Program
Read, Review, Complete and sign off on the 3-part Safe Environment Power Point presentation. This Safe Environment review is required every three years.
