New for 2013, the Buildings & Grounds team will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of our parish buildings and grounds, keeping them in safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing condition. The team will evaluate the current needs of our parish properties and plans for current and future requirements. Members review the annual property insurance report, study project and maintenance bids, and make recommendations to the Finance Council. The team helps to facilitate building security and safety, and studies parish needs for heat, lighting and air-conditioning.
